Stamps for Sale

Who knew that I had so many retired stamp sets?  (Ok, my hubby swears he did!) I moved into this house almost two years ago and I just now got around to finishing the unpacking of my stamp room. I found TONS (and yes I think I mean that literally) of retired stamps that I didn't even remember having. This is just the first batch.

I figured I might as well see them go to a new home.

These sets are only $3.00 each (not including shipping).

Why so cheap you ask? Well, in my infinite wisdom and my desire to save space back in Germany, I unmounted these myself and added the sticky cling to the back of the stamps. They still stamp great, but they aren't in the original cases or on the wood blocks. So, if you can find room in your heart (and possibly in your home) for one of these oldies but goodies I would appreciate it. Just send me a message with the stamp sets you would like and your address, I'll reply with the shipping costs. I ship priority mail, so it just depends on how big a box you will need. These should be cheap and easy to ship though...no wood blocks or bulky stamp boxes!

Besides, hubby said no more NEW stamps until I get rid of the old.....so please, help a girl out here. My wish list is still a mile long!

To see a  picture of the stamp sets, click on the stamp title listed below. Remember, these are not pictures of the actual stamp set you are buying. These are only pictures from the web showing the images in the set. The actual set you are purchasing comes in a CD case and is unmounted. If you have any questions, please let me know.....

Oh, and don't worry, there are still tons more to come. All the rest will be either Wood or Clear mounted stamps still in their original cases. So, keep an eye out!

Wish Big

This is a remake of a card I did a few years ago. I had a trainer at work who helped me so much when I first started that I felt I needed to give her a special card to thank her. She has a lab at home, but this was the closest stamp I had. I still think it turned out cute...

Chalkboard Valentine

Here is another project I made while at a SU! meeting with my upline. I have seen tons of these chalkboard technique cards, and I was glad I finally got a chance to try my hand at one. This was also the first time I had played with the framelits.....must say, it's time for me to pick up some of these for myself. They were so easy to use. I don't know what I was hesitating for!

a Valentine Mole???

Ok, at a meeting at my UpLine's home a few weeks ago, she had these cute Hershey Kisses mice for us to make. They are super easy. Just stick two kisses end to end, add some eyes and a tail, and presto....it's a Valentine treat. Unfortunately, when I got mine home, my kids dubbed it the Valentine Mole. Guess I placed his eyes too far apart. Oh well, I bet he will still taste good!

"Owl" Always be your friend Valentine

My son never just wants to give a valentine card....it always has to have something in it.....You know, candy, a pencil, something. Well this year he decided he wanted to give necklaces. I'm just the mom, who am I to complain. So, between his idea, and my stamping supplies we came up with this valentine for his class. The owl charms were so easy to make, and I think they turned out so cute. I just used the owl punch and shrinky dinks. I colored the owls with Sharpie Markers before I baked them, and TaDa! We have Valentine necklaces.

BEE my Valentine Card

I keep seeing all the cute cards made with the honeycomb embossing folder. Recently I spent a ton of money on new stamping supplies, and guess what I didn't buy.....You got it! I did not get the Honeycomb embossing folder. So, when my upline invited me over to stamp last week, I of course borrowed her's!

Surprised to hear from me?

I know, I've been gone a LOOONG time. But, I was still managing to stamp, just not as often, and definately didn't have time to post. So, if you don't mind viewing some older projects (hey, maybe they will give you ideas for next year!) I'll show you what I've been up to. I figured the best thing to do would be to start from the most current and work my way backwards....so here goes nothing......

I recently bought a new car. While my old car was just fine, it was about to run out of warrenty. I never like to drive a car that I have to pay to fix if something goes wrong, so it was time to trade it in. I have been looking at the cute little Fiat 500s. How can you not find them adorable? Anyway, once consumer reports gave them their stamp of approval I knew it was going to be the car for me.

As usual though, I couldn't make things easy. I decided I had to have a specific color and make. Wouldn't you know it, the color I had to have retired in December. So, my dealer went out of his way to track down the car that I wanted. He finally found it in Virginia of all places. So, finally,if the weather cooperates, my car should be here and the keys should be in my hands TODAY.

Since my dealer went out of his way to find my car, I thought I should make him a thank you card. I did a little blog stalking and found this cute card here. I thought, with a minor upgrade, it would be perfect for my card as well.

So, without any further chit chat, here is my Fiat Thank You Card.
