I appreciate all of the wonderfully talented stampers out there for sharing their creativity. I am inspired by their designs when I create my cards and projects. I try to change something about the original, so it isn't a complete copy, but sometimes -- well -- let's just say that it's just hard to mess with perfection. LOL Therefore, unless otherwise noted the projects on my blog are probably a CASE (Copy And Share Everything) from another awesome stamper. If I rememebered where I originally saw the design, I will absolutely give the credit to the original artist. If you see one of your designs on my site and I have not given you the proper credit, please e-mail me to claim your fame and get the mention you deserve! I have no desire to claim credit for someone else's talent.

Speaking of Birthdays......
My son Jay's birthday is coming up on October 14th, and so not only do I need to get stuff ready for Katie's party this weekend, I have been thinking up something for his as well. He, of course, couldn't make it easy for me. His birthday theme is Batman. Last time I checked, Stampin' Up! didn't have any Batman stamp sets. Upline Sara came to the rescue once again. She sat and fiddled with punches until she figured out how to create a batman symbol out of our great Stampin' Up! punches. I never would have thought of this. Not only did she make all the symbols for Jay's invites, but she also made me a punch page so I could share it with all of you. I'm sure there has to be at least one mother of a six year old out there who will think this is as wonderful as I do!
As a Military wife, mother of two, and full-time employee, I rarely get the opportunity to relax and do what I love.....to stamp! Stampin' Up! has given me the opportunity to not only enjoy what I’m doing, but has allowed me to share that love of crafting with others.
lol.... this is so cool.
ReplyDeleteI love it.
