Froggy Swaps

So, when I make swaps for Regionals (or anything for that matter) I tend to get bored. I mean really, with all the SU! choices who wants to spend all day making one card! So, instead I tend to make 12 of the same card, and then just make several different sets to take to swap. My daughter was perusing my stamp sets and told me that I really needed to use the Animal Talk stamp set. I hadn't even mounted it yet. So, Katie, this one is for you.

Swaps for the St. Louis Regional

One of the coolest things about being a demonstrator is the opportunity to attend not only convention in Salt Lake City, but also to go to Regionals all over the country. This year one of the Regionals is being held just across the river from me in St. Louis. I'm so excited, because its been a while since I have been able to attend a SU! event.

One of the things that happens whenever demos get together is swapping. This is where you make a bunch of the same card and swap them for cards from other demonstrators. Now, it's been a while since I made swaps, and to be honest, it's been almost as long since I had stamped, so I'm still working on stretching those creative muscles.

This is what I have come up with so far. If you were going to be at Regionals, would you swap with me?

Retired Stuff for Sale- Please help a Girl Out!

Hubby has relented in allowing me to go to Convention in SLC this year, with the one condition that I get rid of some of my retired items (ok, he said all, but what he doesn't know won't hurt him!).

Anyway, after moving back from Germany two years ago, I finally go around to sorting my stamp room into current and Non Current items.

Let me just say, I have more retired than current. So.....if you or a customer are looking for anything retired from the past five years or so, please send me an email. It's most likely that I have that barely used (or in some cases brand new!) retired stamp set, ribbon spool, DSP, punch, Cardstock, or accessory that you are looking for.

Just to give you an idea, I tried typing up all my retired items, but after 5 pages, I gave up.

Prices are reasonable (make me an offer!), and shipping is exactly what USPS charges to get the package from my house to yours.

Please help a girl out, I would really like to go to Convention this year!

Today I have some cute little Hello cards that I got for free from my Sale-A-Bration order. They took just a few minutes to put together, and I think they turned out really cute. I love the fact that the flower on the card is a sticker, so it made it so easy to put together. My daughter needed some cards to send as Thank you notes, so I thought these would work great. Not all of them have Hello pre printed on the card though. Some of them I stamped Thank you across the top instead. You can earn yourself some of these Freebies as well. But Hurry, SAB ends next month!

Stamps for Sale

Who knew that I had so many retired stamp sets?  (Ok, my hubby swears he did!) I moved into this house almost two years ago and I just now got around to finishing the unpacking of my stamp room. I found TONS (and yes I think I mean that literally) of retired stamps that I didn't even remember having. This is just the first batch.

I figured I might as well see them go to a new home.

These sets are only $3.00 each (not including shipping).

Why so cheap you ask? Well, in my infinite wisdom and my desire to save space back in Germany, I unmounted these myself and added the sticky cling to the back of the stamps. They still stamp great, but they aren't in the original cases or on the wood blocks. So, if you can find room in your heart (and possibly in your home) for one of these oldies but goodies I would appreciate it. Just send me a message with the stamp sets you would like and your address, I'll reply with the shipping costs. I ship priority mail, so it just depends on how big a box you will need. These should be cheap and easy to ship though...no wood blocks or bulky stamp boxes!

Besides, hubby said no more NEW stamps until I get rid of the old.....so please, help a girl out here. My wish list is still a mile long!

To see a  picture of the stamp sets, click on the stamp title listed below. Remember, these are not pictures of the actual stamp set you are buying. These are only pictures from the web showing the images in the set. The actual set you are purchasing comes in a CD case and is unmounted. If you have any questions, please let me know.....

Oh, and don't worry, there are still tons more to come. All the rest will be either Wood or Clear mounted stamps still in their original cases. So, keep an eye out!
