Demonstrator Theater- Cheri Hunt

Cherie Hunt was one of the presenters I was able to watch . She talked about how to make stamps and punches more appealing to our customers. She told us about SAVE.

While these concepts were for our customers, it also is how I purchase my own items. I want something that can be used in many ways so I can get a bigger bang for my buck.

The first item she showed was the hexagon punch. Look at all the ways she found to use it. I think the wreath and the garland are my favorite!

Then she showed us ways to use the pansy punch. Who would have thought to use it to make a heart?

The next thing she showed us was the ornament punch. While my pictures turned out horrible, hopefully you get the idea. She put a dimensional on the back, and then used the glue pen to glue the dimensional paper to the cardstock. This allows the ornaments to be peeled off and used as gift tags. How ingenious is that?

The final thing Cheri showed us was how to make this cute card using the Bracket tag punch to make the fence posts. Isn't it adorable?

How to Personalize your projects

Shannon West taught us how to personalize our projects. She had tons of great ideas.

The first thing she shared was her plan for writing Love Letters. She said Love letters aren't just for a significant other, but also for anyone you care for.

I loved the box she made to hold her letters and supplies.

She also shared how much better any letter is when it has a monogram.

 Shannon also showed us how to use MDS to personalize projects by making postcards that can be from either where we were going, or from where we live.

She also showed us how to use the personalized stamps for projects other than addresses or our own monogram.

Another quick and easy way to personalize a project is  by using dates. 

This project used the birthdates of all her nieces and nephews.

So, as I told you yesterday, the last of Shelli's projects used two brand new products.I'll admit, I'm not sure what they are called, but they are thinlets that cut out a card with a spinner type cut out in the middle. As Shelli was quick to remind us, we can't share pictures of the actual project, but we can show you projects made with them. So without further ado, here are Shelli's final projects.

Of course Shelli had to show us some of her amazing projects. Her cards were all wow cards as usual! There were so many, there wasn't much time for the how to, we just all go to sit back and drool over the cool things she made.

First up were these two spinner cards. Not new, but definitely cool!

The next card used the a Little birdie told me stamp set. It has a pull out message.

Then there was this beautiful butterfly card. It had a gorgeous pop up butterfly inside, but I couldn't get a good picture of it.

Then there was this fancy fold card. See anything new?

Then there was this awesome moose card. I love the grass behind it!

How about this cute little gift card holder for Christmas.....Love It!

And then there was this pop up card.  I told you there was a lot!

I am loving this mustache card made with the pop n cuts die and the mustache is actually cut from one of the framelits. 

And of course she had to make a card using the dress die.

Then there was this card that pulls out from the top.

Shelli really liked using the new bow die. She made three  more projects with it including this gorgeous bow. I know its hard to see,but trust me, it is gorgeous!

Shelli also made this adorable napkin ring which I am going to CASE as soon as I get the die!

The final project I can show you right now is this amazing bow made out of our foil sheets. It looks so pretty in person.

Of course there were a few more projects, but they included a new product announcement. I will tell you, but my day three morning session starts in just a few minutes, so I need to get going. I'll be back as soon as I can!
