I'm still in the process of getting ready for Jay's Birthday Party. Not only do I have one to plan for here at the house, but he wanted to take treats to school. Thank goodness he has a relatively small class! Since the theme of the year is Spiderman, I decided to make the Top Note Die treat holders again. Unfortunately the Spidey I made for his invitations was too big to use on the top of the treats, but the wide oval punch fit perfectly! While the eyes are a bit big, I couldn't see myself cutting out 40 eyes individually, so I used the wing from the bird punch instead. He only looks a little funny to me :) I'm sure the kids won't mind as all they will see is the candy inside!

ReplyDeleteOh that is soooo cool - pity my son is now 15 as he was a avivid Spiderman fan as a young lad and would of LOVED these. Great use of the wing for the eyes!!
