Any of you who have followed my blog for long know that I am a very active participant in the Late Night Stampers Yahoo group. I am a part of the design team, I do the blog finds of the day, and now I have been asked to head up (along with Melissa Riker) the tutorial team. LNS trys to encourage all demonstrators to live by the Statement of the Heart.
The LNS group Mom, Sherill Graf wanted a way to encourage our members to do more Sharing. She asked Melissa and I to put together a group of demonstrators who would be willing to create tutorials to share with the entire group. The response has been unbelievable!!! With one single email to twelve people we were able to fill up two months worth of tutorial slots. If you haven't checked out the LNS or LNS Demo group yet, now is the time to do it. Today, Sunday January 3rd, is the launch date for the weekly tutorials, and yours truly is the first guinea pig. So, if you like this project I've created, make sure you check out the tutorial over on the LNS demo group. It's free to all, and I've never found a better place to work my business!
Ok, enough explaining...here is what I made. I needed a relatively easy, but teen appropriate gift for my Kids Only Workshop in February. I have had a picture of the Fortune cookie that someone else made (sorry as usual I have no idea who) for forever, but never knew exactly what to do with it. I finally figured that it needed a take-out box. All I had to do was add a valentine message and voila, a cool enough Valentine that even my daughter loved it!
