That's the end.....Sort of. (Friend gift Tutorial)

Wow, can you believe everything that happened during my Convention Experience? Just going back through the pictures and posts has made me more than tired. But, I'm not quite done yet. I promised those who asked that I would put up directions to not only my Friend K-cup gift, but also my LNS Stamp Camp camera box. So, I have a couple other posts I need to provide. Plus I have to show you all the amazing swaps I received as well as the convention boards (and boy were there a lot of boards!). So, don't be sad....there is much much more to come.

First I thought I would share directions for my Friendship K-cup box. This was the little gift I took to give to my 25 new friends I met in honor of the 25th anniversary of SU!.

To make the box, cut a piece of cardstock 6x6. Then score the cardstock in both directions every two inches.
Cut apart the box as show below.
Fold the center square in and punch both the center and middle square using the 1 3/4" circle punch.

To decorate the box and the K-cup, cut 3 pieces of DSP into 1 3/4"x1 3/4" squares. Using the Circle Framelits, cut out a circle the same size as the lid of the K-cup
Adhere the squares to the front three squares on the box.
using sticky strip adhere the box into a square. Making sure the bottom punched circle is sandwiched between the other two sides. This means adding sticky strip to the bottom squares as well which is not shown in this picture.
Finally wrap the decorated sides around the box and adhere.

I used the stamp set Perfect Blend to decorate the front of my box, but you can use whatever you would like. I just love the sayings in that stamp set!

  1. Kelly, this is SO SO STINKIN' CUTE. I am going to make a few for some of my friends for drink keurig coffee. I think I figured it all out, is there no bottom to the box? Thanks for a great gift.
