February's Plate cover

This one took me a lot longer to come up with. I knew I wanted something in the Valentine's Day realm, but I didn't want you to have to change it out in the middle of the month once Valentine's Day was over. I think this little saying allows you to keep it going all month long. This uses the Happy Heart set. I will say that coloring each of the little heart "seeds" with different colored markers was a pain in the butt, but at least it looks good. I think it was worth the extra effort....don't you?
