Demo Theater- Krista Fratton

The final demonstration I was able to attend was from Krista Fratton. She showed us how to wow our customers using embellishments.

One of the first things she showed us was how to use MDS to make a star pattern, and then using the foil sheets make this awesome 3D star for a cute gift bag.

Krista showed us how adding a little bling to projects could really bring them to the next level. Check out how just a little bit of embellishment on these projects really make them pop!

I especially love using the Witches Brew paper and adding a bit of orange glitter to bring out the cute little pumpkin.

Krista also showed us how she breaks down the cost of each embellishment in her catalog so she knows how much she is spending on each project or class easily. As soon as I get a moment, I'll be using this plan to update my own catalog!

Finally, the last thing Krista demonstrated, was how to make your own glitter tattoo. For those of you with elementary age kids, you know how popular this is right now and how expensive they can be. But, using all SU items and a little False lash glue, you can make them yourself for pennies.

First you punch out the shape you want.

Then you place the punched image on your skin and  fill the image with lash glue.

Finally, you cover the glue with glitter and remove the punched image. Tada! Your very own glitter tattoo.
