Happy Talk like a pirate day!

Yes, believe it or not, today is National Talk Like a Pirate Day. To celebrate I thought I would show you something my daughter put together for her report on North Carolina. Since North Carolina is famous for Blackbeard the Pirate, she decided to create important people from the state and dress them like Pirates. She used the retired stamp set Ahoy Matey, and we printed their faces and hats. I do have to say not only are they super cute, but they also earned her an A on her project!
