Adonis Baths

Remember when I showed you the picture of the dam a few days ago? Well this is the spring where it all starts. They call this the Adonis bath, and supposedly it has rejuvenating properties. I will admit that the 40 some degree water was a bit too cold for me to give a try, but Katie got in and swam around!
